Host a Pop Up Shop
shop1323 is the premier shopping destination in Los Angeles for the Lady Boss, Mommy Mogul, and Girl on the Rise! The boutique is a trendy location with exquisite service, boasting top brands and hosting stellar events. shop1323 is more than a boutique, it's a lifestyle!
Hosting a Pop Up Shop at shop1323 means:
-It's YOUR event- invite your client base, invite press, etc.
-Utilize the space in a way that makes you and your clients feel comfortable
-offer beverages, snacks, gift bags, etc. -create a music playlist
-reach out to sponsors
- Set up as early as 11am the morning of your event (These ideas are all optional, but highly suggested.)
Pop Up Shop Fee: $200 A deposit of $75 is due upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. This is a flat fee that covers the utilization of the boutique’s space, as well as “shop1323 marketing partnership”
Marketing partnership includes:
-Marketing that goes into effect once deposit is made & flyer/marketing materials are received. (Promotional flyer & Press Release would be required in a timely manner to kick off the marketing plan.)
-Press Release blast 3-4 weeks before
-Another Press Release blast 2 weeks before
-Email blast to shop1323 client base of 1000+ contacts
-Social media marketing prior to & including day of event (IG, FB, Twitter)
-window takeover starting the week of the event (optional): You're welcome to do a window install for the entire weekend of the event.
